Personalized sessions tailored to your body’s needs, mental focus, and goals. In-home studio, so you will be able to have a session in a private environment. Well, almost private. Winston aka “wiggle butt” the mini-bernedoodle might be there to help motivate you with some kisses.
Equipment Used
My in-home studio has a Balanced Body Reformer, hand weights, pilates props, TRX, Bosu, and outdoors Rogue Rack/bar and weights.
My Technique
I believe in a balance between Pilates and Personal Training. I use a lot of functional movement, strength, and balance in my training approach. After all, that’s what our daily lives require.

I am finally living my dream “job'“
For so many years, I have been on the path of how to live a life I am passionate about. It has always been right in front of me. Actually, I embody it! My body has been there to have a job in some capacity in the fitness industry. From lifeguarding at age 15 to becoming an aerobics instructor throughout college to giving birth to two sons, and of course, its changing needs with the ebbs and flows of the ever-changing hormones of a female body. It’s been a wonderful roller coaster of a journey…..
